Returning of MOH employees to Saudi Arabia has now gathered pace, in coordination with Indian authorities, embassy and airlines.

By now you must have received the e ticket copy from the Saudi Airlines. Immediately you have to procure the below form so as to complete travel procedures for departure on board international flight following approval by the respective Kerala state.

The employee will secure her travel ticket and complete travel procedures by giving the flight date and time by filling up the details in the below E curfew form - https://pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in/

Kindly keep a copy of E Curfew form with you at all times to ensure smooth transition till the airport or obtain the same from local police station. 

See below the guidelines for employees to be followed while travelling during COVID lockdown period -

• All guests to fill 02 sets of APHO forms which is attached herewith, before reaching airport.
• Passenger need to report COK Airport D-5 hours,  due to social distancing, security, baggage sanitization and other regular formalities.
• Every passenger should have e-ticket copy in hand.
• Keeping a copy of Iqama is must.
